Fact: There is no life without frosting.

It's a sweetened milky rice drink, sometimes topped or made with cinnamon and/or vanilla. Chicha is made with short grain white rice I think, horchata is made with ground rice. It's really, really, really good. I have to invent a new recipe with soymilk, I'll pass it on. It's sooooooo good!!!
