http://www.peacecorpswriters.org/pages/ ... 100da.html

how to write one using the snowflake method i like this method the best... but thats just me.
http://www.advancedfictionwriting.com/art/snowflake.php links on the page also give you really useful advice on writing engaging scenes i recommend that. This guy is a published writer with realy good books... well judging from the sample chapter lol.

Also by an accomplished writer full of resources with other links on the page.

thanks i needed this :) im going to make an explicit novel for the sexually deprived people.....lol im kidding, what are you planning on writing about?

I'm into sci fi\ action\ thriller i guess lol. I realise i'm bad a creating full characters i should start working on that. I had found some stuff on character development it's always better when you have realistic 3d characters. I'll look for it.

Wen im pickin characters its usually wit personalities of my friends lik i wood take 1 aspect frm each n jus make a new person, but yea i always wantes 2 write about suspense or a sex novel lol bcuz i used 2 read lik atleast 4 of those a week but i stopped

Oo thanks 4 d links raucous deer really helpful :)

This is really basic stuff, common errors in English, We might assume that but the comprehensivity of this list proves otherwise. This site lists many of the more common errors, you may know some but these are so ingrained unto our brains we may not be able to disern it.
If you want to be a proofreader, writer, poet or just look intelligent in coversations and forums like this you will appreciate this. The person who made the list has kept it simple and contextual.. this isn't a dictionary.. but its worth it.

And the actual list.

If the links dont work just google "common errors in English" lol. Trust me this is really good i've seen some things i never thought were errors..

Here's one of the best guides to writing a poem I've seen. It is for any skill level. This one actually makes it easier. Too many poetry guides are negative and overcomplicate and obstrusify poetry writing, making it an unattainable goal but this one shows how positively easy (or at least fun :D) and natural writing a poem is. Dont be afraid of the number of steps she's just spelling it out, alot of this occurs unconsciously still some of it is overlooked by those now starting. You only need to try it once to see how well it works. Since its based on the natural thought process of a poet its easy to assimilate the parts you lack into your writing ritual. After a while you dont notice how much time and effort you put into it, its so effective.
It might seem strange but its only a holistic approach that your brain and your poems will appreciate. :)

Here's a good article that demystifies what makes a poem good. Too many essays on poetry make it seem so magical and mystical its completely discouraging when people make poetry more than just efficient use of language and technique. All poetry does what other kinds of communication does and incorporates what people like into one polished message.

You dont have to study it lol. Just browse it at see that a poem can be good in many ways and "suck" in many ways and still be a work of art. All a poem has to do is make the reader and writer feel good. It does that in different ways.

I've found a list of resources much more informative and expansive than my posts. This covers everything and shows options I never knew existed on the web.

It covers everything with appropriate and indispensable links. This is the most help you can get in one place on so many aspects of writing. I'll be using this a one of my main guides.
