We know that flow service in some areas are better than Blink's and Greendot but I still find their speeds are really low. I think they boost their speeds on speedtests but none the less post your feedback and your speeds

I currently pay for the turbo 20 package and needless to say this is unacceptable

Which sever and try resetting your modem or router often helps...also it coudl be your router if u your using the normal modem
And if its the wireless modem jus get rid of it

Have the turbo 20 package and using a NEXXT router... Works flawless imo... Playing games online without problems or lag...

Call flow then pal is a problem on there side but before try a direct connection

I live in the chaguanas area and blink was not cutting it for me ..although i had a high speed ,it sucked and kept on giving problems such as slow connection. I switched to flow package with the landline, cable and internet but recently it started giving problems. My landline goes dead a few times a day and my net connection is really slow..Called and they replaced the modem and i'm seeing a little improvement, however its so slow i having a hard time to even stream movies ..Called them and they said nothing wrong on their side ..steups

Do what I did. Gather all the MAC addresses of all your devices, go onto your router interface (if its the normal router it should be 192.168.1.1....if not Google search your routers IP address), log in using credentials (if you don't know what it is Google search your routers model number for the username and password), enable MAC address filtering.

Should look like in the picture. Used my original router just in case you have the same UI.

Click on wireless client list and tick all your devices that you want connected.

Then click the dot next to- Permit listed computers to.....

Save settings

Restart your router...not reset

Reconnect your devices.

This just ensures that just in case if someone knows your password they can't connect
