I highly doubt the Modifications would be extreme, but some small fabrication might be needed for a good fit! But generally most Nissan parts are swappable to be honest, I know guys that have R32 Brake calipers and Rotors on their P11s, most of the interchangeable brakes are for the front, but in your case it can work in the rear as well
