This officer took the car without permission and crashed it! Not only that he left it abandoned after! Thats the kind of people we have in the service?

Another typical scenario in this country. Is there ever going to coe a time when those in authority get serious about anything?

Have you every heard of a police doing a crime or something wrong and gets charge you rarely hear about this, the more you will hear is the case pending, no evidence to back it up or the office is suspended until further notice. This ill become nothing they will drop this case and let the police off with just a minor charge or suspend him or just do nothing, All hail out sweet country of T&T

So whats next. does he pay for the damage to the car? or does the police cover that too?

I agree with this nothing will come out of this, the police always gets away if they do something wrong, this country gone to the dogs what can of police are the ministry recruiting. They recruiting more criminals than law enforcers

So insurance will probably cover the damage, and it will be forgotten. This is Trinidad.
