So it appears that sagging your pants and showing off that brown stain mark on your underwear is fashionable ? . No people please tell me maybe I grew up different but how can a person leave their homes like this especially go to banks and other places dressed like this.
Big hard back men showing off their underwear as if they looking for other men and please if you know you like to sag please don't wear a white underwear because we can see your shit stains.

That 'fashion' is as a result of globalization. Globalization is a process of integration that conforms to tendencies (culture, fashion, food etc) and the rate of movement of international capital. nirtime is right. That fashion/style came from the US prison system. Prisoners were not given belts as it was thought that they would use the belts to commit suicide. Hence you have the pants sagging exposing their underwear and buttocks, lol.

It is very stupid in my opinion and has been around for very long. This has been further exacerbated with American Hip Hop and Rap artists following such fashion which we see on TV and other channels of media. This culture has integrated into our society.

Well to have your pants high up on your waist where it is supposed to be it, you are seen as a nerd/dork/not trendy/weird etc. Again, Globalization.

Globalization is one aspect but most people tend to want to be in "style" to fit in. There are many people who don't support this and don't like it.
