There are soo many posts about bad things happening, crime, violence, accidents....How about the good in our lives, be it something positive we did, or maybe something some did for us, or even just something you heard about, read about, saw online. Post your stories, pictures or videos here....I'll kick things off with these three videos (all related to the same story)...This was incredible...One small act of kindness started it all....

i watched this entire series so far! this is truly one of the most touching videos on the internet, the small gesture of kindness, look at how far it has gone. This restores hope within the human race , honestly i wish more people were like this, even when we try to be kind to others, they take it for granted and waste the opportunity. Sad to say, only a few remain.

Omg yes I watched that on YouTube as well! There's a lot that simple gestures and acts can do for the society.... Or at least those who choose take the opportunity presented to them

Exactly, with all this killing and crime in this country, we need a lot of help. Blaming the government, isn't going to get anything done....It starts with each of us...There's nothing more valuable than human life....

Very true! However some people forget that! Somehow it slips past them In all their worries and complaints, they just need to sit back and reflect on what they have, not what they want... Although it may be necessary, but not everyone can get what they want... I'm just glad I am happy, and I have my life.

If only more people were like this. Its good that you all can recognize the power within the simplicity of kindness. This is my favourite thread.

The videos of the homeless man are really emotionally felt, especially seeing as though where we live in this country that is very far and few in between. Its also good to see that he accepted better and didn't "invest" in feeding his negative addictions like drugs.

Maybe kindness is the saviour for this country... But it has to come from somewhere and definitely not the media.

I saw some of the clips in this video before, it gives me assurance that there are still humans out there as on a daily i am faced by people who are against me. Not personally but socially on the road or out in publlic. I always try to be like these people and help those who need it, not for reward but for doing an act of kindness with the intention of helping the person.

That's really great to hear! The world needs more people like you. Imagine how much better our lives would be if everyone had that mentality. One can dream....

Basically someone saved the truck owners life and maybe other ppls too!!!!!

Indeed Mangaddict one can dream, it would change Trinidad till it was considered a New place. Even those with bad experiences as tourists would consider revisiting.
