The sexy songstress will make a guest appearance on "The Simpsons" as Moe the bartender's girlfriend, according to EW.com. The Christmas-themed episode, which airs Dec. 5, will feature the characters as muppets and Perry as herself in a live-action segment.
"In the wake of Elmo's terrible betrayal, the Simpsons puppets wish to announce they stand felt-shoulder-to-shoulder with Katy Perry," series executive producer Al Jean told EW.com. Just last week, the singer's duet with Elmo on "Sesame Street" was pulled before it aired after parents complained that she was inappropriately dressed for the children's show.
