This is an excellent guide for using a coolant flush and the overall procedure of changing old coolant. As seen in the video, the condition of the coolant of this BMW was very bad.

This is supposed to be an extreme flush where all the old coolant is displaced with running water. I have personally never done this and cannot account for it.

I did it myself for someone recently. It worked really well. The actual coolant flush we got was a 10 minute radiator flush so we went by the instructions which did not work all that well but the couple drain and fills we did with water worked the part.
