We all have a favourite feature that we love in a car whether it be exterior or interior. It can be a personal preference or do not necessarily have it in your current car but hope to achieve one day. It can range from built in features to accessories that can be installed.

Some features that i currently have are : Please keep in mind, i do own a 10yr old car :/

CUP HOLDER:
Mann i love my cup holder.. I do all sorts of other things with it such as hold my phone, holds my ice cream in place while i drive and eat, rest stuff down temporarily. Got ones exactly like these

Ones i am looking for in my next vehicle are:

Sunroof: Man i love these things and i don't know why. LOL

Audio Controls ! I have been driving my dad & bro vehicle before my own and these things come in very handy. I guess i was accustomed to the features that i miss it in my old car . Rather i install ones myself, i rather wait to purchase my new vehicle that comes with it already installed.

x2 on Sunroof. Would like my next vehicle to have a sunroof.
Tiptronic transmission. Yet to drive one but heard it is some fun. Wanna compare the control and direct feel of a tiptronic vs manual.

I kinda disagree. Have had the experience of both manual and tiptronic. Yes the clutchless shifting makes for a bit of fun, the computer has a tendency to override your input and still shift for itself. Manual still gives you total control, especially in situations where an unexpected shift is not desired e.g taking a hard corner in 3rd gear with a tiptronic, the computer will override for a shift if the rpm is high enough and can cause either an increase in speed which could mean spinning out or a drop into a lower rpm in higher gear making you lose the advantage you had in taking the corner hard in the first place (overtaking)

With the Mazda 3 tiptronics the computer do no override the gears, you will have to manually change it. The rpm gauge could reach to red and it would not change so it fully tiptronic. Some vehicle that automatically change the gear when its in tiptronic are semi tiptronic and not full tiptronic .

My brother's Cerato Koup triptronic changes automatically if its not shifted manually. I think its a great feature and really don't see it as as a disadvantage.

One more thing i love about my current car ! My trunk has a port that you can plug your vacuums/phone charger etc. Really kool and comes in handy when liming or camping.

Didn't know there was semi tiptronic and full tiptronic. I thought tiptronic was just that, tiptronic!.
Ability to shift gears manually without a clutch pedal.

The panoramic glass is rel nice. The entire hood of the car is sort of opaque. Very luxurious.

Yup some vehicle like i said before automatically changes the gear if you reach a certain RPM, other do not. This is what i consider full and semi tiptronic, even it its not called that.

i know this thread ole eh but full tiptronic for me is when i have total control and it aint right if the car can shift up for itself i didnt put it in that mode for that lol

i think the one thing that any vehicle must have is a very good working air conditioning system

lmao true eh i remember when mine went down....i spend a day outside and after the hot sun had fun with me.....probably the quickest thing i ever get sorted out

Oh boy I know the struggle. Drove around for a week in a car that only had a working blower due Compressor failure... Wasn't a nice time in traffic. Shortly after fixing that the sun visor broke and it was hell LOL.

Working indicators :(

When my indicators weren't working it was really hard to drive with hand signals in busy areas WITH NO AC . People used to blare their horns or curse you sometimes. Glad i sold that car

They just have to deal with it because hand signals are legal whether or not they can see from their lane.

At least she was using hand signals. Some people just drive with or without indicating.

Exactly but you know how people are, they will feel lazy to use their indicator but have a problem with the person fighting up with hand signals.

aha

What about an alarm or protection system? Is this a must have for your vehicle?
