So I've been searching for a new skybox since I currently used Ezone ( great CS but rates are too high). Been looking to start sending some test packages to various skybox companies to test them.So this thread would be based on the quality of service, rates and delivery time! Super list and great thread, this will help others out there to make the best decision to which skybox to choose from.

So far I've been with CSF courier service, the rates are the cheapest and you receive your packages within 6 days but the customer service is terrible. I was so disgusted at their customer service I actually made a topic about my dissatisfaction about them. Read it here http://www.RealTrini.com/threads/57...and-Tobago-CSF-Courier-Customer-Service-First . I'm still waiting for some packages since christmas.

Then I tried Web source, they are much more expensive than CSF because they charge insurance, handling and fuel charge rates on all packages. I did not like the fact they charged an insurance fee for packages that cost under 10 us. In time to come I will write a better review on web source.

My dad uses IBC all the time, we've only once had a problem where they had misplaced a Galaxy S4 on their system but it was received 2 days later than expected. Otherwise, excellent CS.

Ok so Ive been using Ezone for like 4-5 years now and Ive had two problems so far 1. Rates are a killer something is higher than the price of the item itself 2.They weight a 6 pound last top as 11 pounds and a xbox as 12 pounds while it was 7.
After items reach the skybox in Miami it usually take 3-4 days max for delivery.
Below I attached bill samples for 3 different items over a 2 year period!

This being a Desktop costing no more than 300USD

My Moto G 4G that I got on bids for 150USD

A Cannon T31 which probably costs 500USD at that time

So you could really see that ezone hand is felt on packages I import but there service is remarkable!

I have been using aeropost and so far no problems....packages which reach miami are ready at the counter in two days time..there prices are good but then its the only skybox company ive used so take it with a grain of salt

CSF Rates are really low too ..It's just their service that sucks big time. I would of liked to join back however, i cannot risk loosing packages, waiting in the sun outside the building and being charged overpriced for my things

This is an awesome thread! Thanks for this, I've been on the fence about which company to use...I've narrowed it down to CSF or Websource. Heard great things about Websource, but if CSF is cheaper I may try them first!

Aeropost has been moving smooth lately with just my last shippment of goods was no where close to the cost that i thought would be to clear them
