It has become a norm in Trinidad and Tobago that alot of males go to school to track down females and the females to look for man. I have noticed for my self any time on my way to work on mornings in front of the asja Girls and Asja Boys school by a small shop a group of females are kissing and hugging big men. Wtf Why is Asja not doing anything about this, This does not been i'm only bashing Asja School but all schools i was speaking out of terms of what i saw and i was drawing an example.

The School's need to do alot more to stop these things females are degrading themselves and don't talk for the males 90% of them seem to only be in fights, stealing, and doing some kinda of illegal activities.

Come on school Principals do you jobs if they break the rules send them to YTC Don't give them chances

Hmmm...well I know for a fact, school administration do not involve themselves in areas of student socialisation. They will say they're only there for the educational purposes unless there is a matter that would force them to get involved such as a fight or injury. However, this is a prominent social issue that probably will never go away. All these teen fellas are out to prove their "manliness" while the girls are out to become "popular". That is basically it. Years ago the biggest insult was to be called "stupid" or a "slut"....now the biggest insults are to be called "friendless" or "gay". Sad but true.

i think we have school man and school woman these days! most children are getting things too easy these days and they are just demanding more and more from their naive parents. sorry to say naive but the way i really see parents nowadays are lacking in really being a parent. some totally abdicate their roles as being a parent. then there are those to believe that their child or children can never do no wrong. should parents therefore be held accountable for children's unacceptable behaviour? do we need to reintroduce corporal punishment in schools today? at least let the principal or dean be given the authority to administer corporal punishment? the principal should get involved in such an instance; protect the name of the school.

Now they bring their laptop in schools and play on their blackberrys ... i don't know especially girls have lost their way now .

I think its because the the evolution of technology that causes the lack of learning in school. If given proper guidance our children can succeed.

Some people simply dont understand their children and do not take the time to sit down and ask them what is the problem and find out why ? There is Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD and also dyslexia which are popular causes why children are not learning. I think that the primary school teachers should be trained to spot these kind of things in children and tell the parents.

Yes, many students go to schools just to have fun. They don't have the desire to learn at all.

They care about making friends, having fun, smoking etc.

This topic came to me when i heard about the school guy who killed the other school guy over a girl...I think it was Waterloo High.. Waw..never would i think at that age killing was possible... His intention maybe was not to kill but hurt the guy but things didnot go as planned. Hope this is an eye opener to those young girls and boys

Young girls love when boys fight for them..hope this is really an eye opener now .
