Prestige Holdings Trinidad your company needs to fix your customer service first at your various franchises before you take on new ones.
Its years now the people of Trinidad and Tobago are being bombarded by the horrible customer services eg KFC and Pizza Hut. You all increased prices ok by all means but it appears that bad customer service was increased as well. How are you guys recruiting your workers ? It appears your company don't know about thing about HR or just don't care about your customers.
 
Due to the present mentality of Trinis, most organization think that customer service in not priority.

There is an entire thread where people voice their discontent with the price of doubles increasing by $1, while the Prestige Holdings companies increase their prices by $10 and up whenever they feel like it.
Does that stop us from buying KFC?
Does the existing horrible customer service prevent long lines at these establishments?
The answer is NO!

We'd prefer "beat up" over the small man who wakes up at 3am and struggles with inflation, increasing local prices for goods, no sick leave, no lumpsum bonus when they ready to retire etc.
While these foreign companies hire anybody off the streets and import everything they use, down to the napkins.

We take the abuse from their staff, pay their inflated prices and line up for an hour.
And we'll always keep going back!
Some may "speak out" online but do they ever boycott?
Yes they do... they boycott the local 'smallman business'.
