A pothole burst the SIDEWALL of the rear tire of my car on the Diego Martin Main Road a few years ago.

When I hit it, filled with water, I knew it was bad. When I got up the next morning, saw a flat tire.

I wonder if this makes more sense than hiring people to fix the roads halfway (and/or having WASA attack the roads)

Gives me an idea. Should I keep a can of white paint with me now? So I can practice my spray pattern on every major pot hole I see? xD
