As we're in the rainy season already, please be safe out there. Due to alot of Deforestation , mining or quarrying occuring in the Nothern Areas, many are urging hikers, adventurers and beach goers to be careful when driving or hiking as there may be instances of Landslides. When loose soil has become saturated with water from rainfall it leads to landslides. Boulders may even accompany this and can crash into cars lodging them off the road.
Some places that often have landslides are Maracas road, Blanchisseuse, And that very long drive to reach Toco and Matelot areas. For this summer vacation please read the news and listen to weather forecasting before approaching these areas.

Landslide can be very serious, we must not take it lightly.

We have to take care of our envionment, or else these natural disasters will happen.

I have never seen a landslide in real life, but I have seen it on the internet.

It is obviously a very scary natural disaster, it can kill many people.

Stay safe, people.
