How to remove annoying ad pop ups?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! How to remove this ish! This is not my PC but the one i recently started using in work. I met it like this. Thank you in advance :high5:

Please do understand that those are not ads from RealTrini.com, what you are seeing there is ad-ware installed on your pc. Your Pc is infected and you should download an adware remover program.
