Yes I agree with this. When people are unhappy they seek to change that which makes them unhappy but nobody really stands up and fights for their rights against the lack of customer service or the bad driving among other things.
 
any sort of holiday and is party we extremely happy here

I actually expected it to be lower due to crime and mortality rates but nirtime's comment explains that for me.
