Fixing plastic car bumper with hot water

was on youtube and find it interesting for a diy lol but wondered how hot that water had to be.......will any of you try this lol??

The bumper being plastic, softened up under the heat of the very hot water and allowed the dude to push his hand behind and push out the bumper.

Fenders are metal usually... It won't quite work the same.

It may not be 100% perfect if the paint has spider web cracks though.

This is a very impressive technique and i got really amazed when i tried it on a friend's car and it really worked for me.
Such things should be in our knowledge because they really do help.
