your match ups are very uneven.

Sasuke/Itachi would have to go up against Aizen due to their level of illusionary techniques.
Sakura wud go against Shinji's friend....the hyper one.
Tsunade vs Unohana
Kakashi vs Byakuya
Pein vs Ulquiorra or Shirosaki
Oro vs Mayuri is like the perfect mad scientist matchup tho

An all out brawl would go to bleach because their powers are much more developed. The only REALLY strong characters i've seen in naruto is Sasuke(because of curse seal) and Naruto(in kyuubi form) Bleach has Aizen/Ichigo/Yamamoto/Shinji/Urahara/etc
