8hz bass, is it possible to get subsonic loud?

Been watching this channel for some years. Love this video for how incredible the 8hz bass is.

Note to self: Get this setup in my house to deal with pesky neighbours. Imagine turning on an 8Hz wave in the middle of the night and pointing it at your neighbour bedroom window. They going to be so confused.

My 8 DD does barely be audible in the mid 20s and it does shake every single thing on the vehicle
