I think one can try to get married between the age of 25-30. One should get married once he/she feels he/she is ready to get married.

Unfortunately we cannot stop people from committing suicides. If one wants to die he/she will find a way to die, I feel. What we can do is, we can educate people not to commit suicide. Then it is up to people if they want to live or not.
